Happy Friday!
This weeks fun phrase is ” Head over heals”.
Meaning: Completely; so fully taken up by something as to be unable to stop or withdraw (as one would be in somersault).
History: Catullus had the phrase in Latin ( per carputque pedesque ) around 60 B.C. In English it was originally ( and more logically since the head is usually over the heals), “heals over head.”
